Goal

My goal as a therapist is to help you reduce anxiety, navigate life’s stressors, and improve your sense of self and overall well-being. I also support trauma healing; helping you make sense of your experiences and find emotional balance. Together, we’ll build coping strategies and foster growth.

My approach is holistic and relational, grounded in anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and gender-affirming practices. As a queer, bionic, cisgender woman, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral interventions to support your healing and progress.

My therapy style is conversational and utilizes tools curated for each individual’s unique needs; I do not believe in a “one-size fits all” approach and pride myself in finding the tools that work best with your and your goals. I also am not a “listen and nod” therapist, I appreciate discussion and working in collaboration with you throughout each session.
